SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship with registered post service where you can track your goods easily online. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Goods will be shipped with either Fastway couriers or Australia Post.
A flat rate of $10 AUD for Australia wide ($15 for Express Shipping). All charges quoted to you are GST inclusive.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours from ordering.
Orders placed on a weekend will be processed with 24 hours of the next business day.
Although orders will be processed within 24hours.Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery and an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 5 days for western Australia.
Orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday 9am -5pm.Deliveries are not made on weekends.
Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. Munsterkids will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
Munsterkids takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
The delivery times provided by are estimates only.
We ship with DHL. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Your delivery address must be a residential or commercial address where someone is available to sign or your parcel between 9am-5pm
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Flat rate $30 AUD
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Munsterkids do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
Estimated delivery time is approx 3-5 day. This time will vary according to your local country shipping variations.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Munsterkids will refund or exchange orders within 7 days if
- Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt date.
- The goods must not be worn, damaged or washed
- Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.
- Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.
- Munsterkids will not pay for the returning items for incorrect size or styling choice.
- we do not refund initial shipping fees if you change your mind on a purchase.
- there are no refunds or exchanges on international orders unless the garment is deemed faulty.
Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with the upmost care. In an unlikely event you receive and item that is faulty or damaged please contact us……….and we will organise a replacement or credit.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original purchasers credit card and will include shipping costs if the garment is deemed faulty.
